Professor Karl Hörmann, President of the UEMS ORL, presented the function of this organisation at the National ORL Congress of Serbia and the European Specialist Exam system, stressing that membership in this organisation has multiple advantages.
At the same round table, Prof. M. Podvinec presented new aspects of the specialisation in Switzerland, and Professor Rajko Jovic presented the translated and adapted Logbook, introduced by the UEMS as standard for the specialisation process in Europe.Professor Hörmann wil explore the possibilities of a Serbian membership in the UEMS.

Професор Херман је изнео основе рада УЕМС и недавно уведеног европског специјалистичког испита. Уз приказ резултата првог кола европског специјалистичкогиспита одржаног у Бечу нагласио је да чланство у УЕМС доноси много предности.
У оквиру истог округлог стола говорио је и проф. М. Подвинец о новинама у специјалистичкој едукацији у Швајцарској, а проф. Рајко Јовић представио је прилагођени “Логбук” на нашем језику. Професор Херман заложиће се за пријем Србије у УЕМС.
